Hardware Returns Policy
Terms and Conditions.
Return Materials Authorisations (RMAs) are issued in accordance with the following terms and conditions:-
- The items to be returned should be packaged securely, enclosing return address, contact name and telephone number, and sent to:

- The incident number (beginning with the letters RT) should be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- The RMA is valid for a period of 14 days. The item must be received at the above address within 14 calendar days of the issue of the RMA.
- Units returned without a valid RMA may be delayed.
- Proof of postage does not constitute proof of delivery.
- An engineer will have ascertained from you details of the fault prior to issuing the RMA. If the fault is not as described or if no fault can be found, there may be a handling charge levied.
- Please remember that damage caused by accident or improper use of the equipment is not covered by the warranty.
